Charoite is a personal finance app built around the principals of privacy, utility, and affordability.
Your financial information should be yours, easily accessible and kept private. We're not a fan of how everything is a subscription these days and are tired of needing to budget nearly a hundred dollars a year just to stay on top of finances.
Who are we?
Hey! Currently Charoite is a one man team, consisting of me, Dennis. I've been a software developer for over a decade and have been using budgeting
apps since college, from Mint to Personal Capital to Copilot Money.
I built Charoite because I wanted a more affordable budgeting app with rich features
that I could also easily share with my wife. It's built privacy first, since of course I wouldn't want my financial information shared to the broader
world, and it's cheap because I believe software that can execute on device shouldn't need a recurring fee.
